This is just a small selection of the dog collars Kate has hand-made. Whether rounded, double-raised in eye-catching patent leather, or a lace-plaited lurcher collar. Any preference, any style or breed catered for.

The proud owner of this very unusual but stunningly beautiful plaited headcollar came up with the concept. And she chose Kate Hardt, Master Saddler, to make it reality for her and her precious horse.

Butcher Perry’s of Eccleshall have an amazing “Field to Fork” cookery school, and they wanted to maintain their high level of customer experience even in the place settings. Kate hand-crafted these cutlery-sleeves for them.

This beautiful rocking horse had seen better days when its new owner set out to have it restored. With a fresh paint job and mane from her own horse, she brought it to Kate to receive a new set of tack – with a twist: she wanted her deceased mother’s old saddle to be adapted for this beauty.
Kate rose to the challenge: sourcing all the metalwork from smaller buckles to miniature bit and stirrups, she made the bridle to measure and re-worked the saddle to to fit.
The owner is thrilled and will have many years pleasure with her steed and the realistic tack (as opposed to the fake nail-ons you can buy online).
